All $ rates now refer to Air Mail, with Surface Mail being restricted to contributor copies and existing Surface Mail subscriptions

• single issue (from #38): £5.00 or US$12
• 3-issue subscription: £14.00 or US$30
• 5-issue subscription (to #42): £22.00 or US$45

Please make £ cheques payable to 'Haiku Presence'.
$12, $30, or $45 payments should be sent in US dollar bills only.
No $ checks will be accepted without prior discussion.
Overseas subscribers do have the option of paying by £ cash, if you find this cheaper or more convenient.
